Instructions
 

  • Get Comfy:  Slip into your comfiest pajamas and wrap yourself in a cozy blanket or hug your favorite pillow. The goal is to feel like a cozy burrito of relaxation.
  • Snack Attack: Grab your favorite snack or drink and savor every bite or sip. This is your time to indulge and treat yourself like the superstar you are.
  • Laugh It Off:  Put on a funny movie or playlist that never fails to make you laugh. Let the humor wash over you, reminding you that life doesn't always have to be so serious.
  • Embrace the Chill:  As you relax, take a deep breath and let go of any stress or worries. Imagine them floating away like a balloon drifting into the sky. Whisper to yourself, "I am a chill master," and own that title like a boss.
  • Affirm Your Zen: As you unwind, repeat calming affirmations like "I am relaxed and at peace," or "I am the queen/king of chill." Let these words sink in and transform you into a zen master.
